Even with modifications to the legistlation the Provincial Government has left the door open for private, for-profit companies to take control of Ontario's water and wastewater systems. In Peel this potentially puts water quality at risk and may cost property taxpayers dearly. All of this to "fix' a system that seems to be working well.
